Hey there! I’m Carolina — but you can call me Carol.
I’m a communicator, producer, and a passionate Rio de Janeiro insider.
Since 2008, I’ve worked in executive production and event logistics across Brazil — managing the behind-the-scenes of music festivals, weddings, corporate events, and artist tours.
I’m originally from São Paulo, but my heart belongs to Rio.
When the pandemic hit and the events industry paused, I took the opportunity to finally study English — and it changed everything.
It connected me with incredible people from all over the world, many of whom started asking for help navigating Brazil.

The sooner, the better, especially for high seasons (New Year’s, Carnival, summer months).
But I also handle last-minute requests when possible.
