About Me
Hey there! I’m Carolina, but you can call me Carol.
I’m a senior producer, travel lover, and passionate Rio insider.
Since 2008, I’ve worked in executive production and event logistics across Brazil, managing everything behind the scenes, from music festivals and corporate events to luxury weddings and international artist tours.
I’m originally from São Paulo, but my heart belongs to Rio de Janeiro.
When the pandemic brought the events industry to a halt, I took the opportunity to study English, and it completely changed my life.
It connected me with incredible people from around the world, many of whom started asking for help navigating Brazil, planning their trips, and understanding our culture.
That’s how Better Call Carolina was born.
I combined years of experience managing complex logistics with my love for travel to create a personalized concierge and travel planning service for international visitors who want to experience the authentic side of Rio de Janeiro without compromising on comfort, safety, or style.

I don’t sell pre-made packages.
Every client receives a tailor-made experience based on their vibe, group, goals, and expectations.
Think of me as your local fixer and travel designer, not a salesperson.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The sooner, the better, especially for high seasons (New Year’s, Carnival, summer months).
But I also handle last-minute requests when possible.
Do you offer 24/7 assistance?
Yes, I’m available for my clients throughout their stay in Brazil, offering real-time support, recommendations, and problem-solving when needed.
How do I get started?
